Our names are Sofia Tabares and Rosa Tabares and were making this go fund me to help out Christiana Arredondo and Jose Tabares

On October 11, 2025, our lives were changed forever. My brother, Jose, as many of you may know as, “Guy”, was involved in a devastating traffic accident that caused his vehicle to roll over, ejecting him 40–50 feet from the scene. He was rushed to HonorHealth Sonoran Crossing Medical Center located in Phoenix, Arizona and immediately admitted to the ICU, where he underwent multiple surgeries and received intensive medical care. From the very beginning, doctors told us his chances of survival were extremely low, but we held onto hope, because my brother was a fighter.

Despite the incredible efforts of the medical team and the love and prayers of everyone around him, my brother tragically passed away on October 16, 2025.

He was more than just a brother — he was a light in our lives. Kind, funny, and full of life, he had a heart that was always ready to help others. Whether it was making someone laugh on a bad day or being the first to lend a hand, he truly made the world a better place just by being in it. His absence leaves a hole in our hearts that can never be filled.

We are now facing the unimaginable task of laying him to rest. As you can imagine, the suddenness of this tragedy has left our family not only heartbroken but also unprepared for the financial burden that comes with funeral costs, medical bills, and other related expenses.
