Jennifer’s cancer fight!

Hello, we are Jennifer Steele Jelovich's family, and we are reaching out to help our daughter and sister in her fight against breast cancer. Within the last year Jennifer married the love of her life, Lucas. Right before that she started her career in epilepsy and brain cancer research, and they moved into their new home.

In December 2022, Jennifer received her diagnosis of triple positive breast cancer. She has endured tough chemotherapy for over 15 weeks that has left her exhausted and battling side effects like nausea, low red blood cell counts, and loss of appetite. 

She has one more round of chemo and then a short break before having one major surgery, followed shortly with a second minor surgery, radiation, and then reconstruction sometime in late 2024.

For those of you who have been asking and as her treatment moves forward, she could use help with post surgery support items at home , incoming medical bills, and some real financial support as she has lost paid days of work and is on reduced income from being on leave. We are hoping to raise funds to help ease her stress of her big surgery on May 23rd.
