This has been the worst couple of years of my life. Our house was destroyed in a storm. Then my blind wife was diagnosed with Stage IV advanced inflammatory breast cancer.
We’re over a year into this fight and she’s still going strong. But let me tell you, the only thing more expensive than living in this system is dying in it.
Even with insurance, making all the medical bill payments has been brutal. And we’ve got to find a new place to live while everything imaginable seems to have gotten more expensive. If you can lend a hand at all, it’s appreciated.
