Helping Bunny

At the beginning of the new year, we noticed a new kitten hopping around our neighborhood. After seeing her hopping around we nicknamed her Bunny. Unable to put weight on one of her front legs, we knew something was seriously wrong and that we had to get her off the street and to the vet.  After many failed attempts we were finally able to trap her and get her to the vet.

We found out that Bunny had an exposed fracture and had broken both bones in her leg. With it being an exposed fracture for so long too, her wound has become infected. The best option for her would be to amputate the leg. 

What we weren't expecting was how much her care would cost. Her overnight stay at the vet was $3000 and the amputation will be another $6000. That being said, we cannot imagine not helping her. 

Bunny is a very sweet kitty and there is no way we can return her to the wild with only three legs. We are very fortunate that Greg and Orli will take in Bunny and give her a home once she's better but we need your help covering her medical bills. All donations will go to her medical coverage and medicine she'll need to recover. 

We know 2020 has been hard on so many people so any little thing can help us. Help us give Bunny the help she needs and deserves so she can live her life as a soon to be indoor kitty.
