Tanner and Kameron Moore welcomed their precious baby boy into the world at 9:15 AM on October 3rd. They posted the following message on Facebook on October 5th:
Family, loved ones, and friends...it is with a heavy heart that I'm informing you that our son, Atlas Matthew Moore passed away this morning at 0220 AM. He fought long and hard to be with his family as long as he could. I'm sharing this to keep those of you that know in the loop, however Kameron and I would appreciate our privacy for the time being. Thank you all for your support and love.
I am running this campaign with the hope that it will allow my sister and brother-in-law more freedom to focus on their emotional needs instead of the medical and funeral costs that they will be faced with in the coming weeks and months.
