Hey, I’m trying to raise money for a memorial plaque to go in a remembrance garden for my little boys daddy.

We lost James suddenly when our baby was only 7 months old, he’s 8 now and he adores his daddy and sees him as the brightest star in the sky.

Our son originally did have a headstone to go to to lay down flowers and cards and teddies etc for his daddy but this was ‘temporarily removed’ August 2024 and is still yet to be replaced. This was not done with good intentions. This has devastated our little boy, he asks regularly if he can go to see his daddy and I can’t disappoint him any longer so we’re raising funds for our own little place to go.

Our son has picked where he’d like to have it and what he’d like it to say, with help of course, so we just need the help getting it please! Anything you could spare would be massively appreciated and I can’t tell you how much it would mean to us.

The park cemetery fee is £250.

The plaque is £300.

The wording will be £230.

Lil man wants a picture adding on of his daddy also that he can kiss which will be around £100.

I’ve set the donation to cover the majority of this, but honestly any amount will help massively, I’m not entirely sure what I’ve done where it’s not showing up but every penny donated will be going straight towards the plaque.

update - money has been sent to the memorial mason, thankyou again! I originally stupidly added this up wrong but all got confirmed when he sent the itemised bill. I’ve signed the form for the cemetery, he just needs to receive that in the post then he can pay the fee, Albie has picked everything that’s going on the plaque so it’s ordered, just a waiting game :)
