Last night, my dear friend Liv Loo lost her belongings in a house fire. Liv, her dog, and everyone who lives in the house are safe, but nothing from the fire is salvageable.

A year ago she started her personal training business Move To Liv. She built a business that supports people's physical and mental health, but also around serving people with chronic illnesses. Despite the pandemic, she has worked so incredibly hard to get her business off the ground, but now has lost everything.

Liv is such an incredible woman. She is one of the most selfless people I know. I’ve seen her do so much for other people, whether they were close friends or other people in our community.

If you could, please help this amazing person keep her business going and to replace the other things she has lost.
