Help for Cottrell-Fagg Family: Jerry's Recovery

My nephew Jerry was struck by a jeep while on his moped Friday night. He has a limb-threatening injury along with several other injuries. He had his first surgery on his left leg on Saturday morning at Methodist Hospital. That's the injury we (family/doctors) are most concerned about. They are doing everything they can to save his leg. He has many more surgeries to come. He has two fractured vertebrae, a vascular injury (not sure of correct terminology) on the left side of his neck, and his left arm is injured, but I'm not sure to what extent. I'm not sure of other injuries yet. I will give updates as often as I can.

Jennifer and Dustin are in Indy with him now. She will be with Jerry and out of work for awhile and expenses are going to build up. They could really use your help if you can. Please share!
