Prayers for the Howard Family

If you know the Howard family.... You love the Howard family .....and you know how positive they always are... in spite of their many tragedies that they have had to endure....

 

When Ryan was only 14 years old, she lost her mother to domestic violence homicide. This was a very traumatic time for her and her sister and brother. Now at age 29 , with baby boy #3 on the way, she finds herself with a diagnosis of B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. If ever there was a time when she needed her mother... this would be it.

Her pregnancy definitely complicated the treatment plan but she was able to begin Chemotherapy treatments while making sure that the baby stayed safe and secure. 2 treatments down and 4 more to go!

 

Baby boy Howard is due any day now. We mothers know how exhausting it can be with a newborn... now imagine going through Chemo treatments at the same time!

 

And the hits keep coming......This past weekend her husband's (Grant) mother suddenly fell ill and was placed on life support. Grant was able to fly to Florida to see her before she passed away. Ryan will not be able to travel there for the funeral service due to her pregnancy.

 

As you can imagine this is quite a heavy burden for Grant who is trying to keep it together to be the strong rock for Ryan and the boys while grieving the sudden loss of his mom.

 

In spite of everything, the Howard family has the most positive attitude.

 

They are very humble and would not ask for help themselves.

 

We are mostly asking for prayers for them.. but if you would like to also donate a little something to help them with the medical costs that are not covered under their insurance, lost wages from work, etc.., it will be appreciated !

 

In the meantime we will patiently wait on the arrival of baby Grant Harper Howard and pray for the day when Ryan is completely cancer free!
