I am Bridgette Dobbs, The second born of 4 siblings. In 2008, my youngest sister Candy Lynn lost her battle with Lupus. In 2019, My Second youngest Sister Jennifer, lost her battle with lupus. In 2022, my Older Brother Gerald began battling with a very rare form of lupus after he recovered from COVID called Polymyositis. This rare form of lupus is the the kind that attacks your muscles. My brother fought a good fight for many months. In the end, his body gave into the disease and we lost him on March 17, 2023.

Because of this rare disease, my brother was unable to obtain Life Insurance. We are asking for donations from those whose life Gerald touched and even those who are also effected by this horrid disease (Lupus). To please help us send our brother, uncle, cousin, friend off to be with my sisters and my mother.

There is no donation too small. The funeral home has given us a deadline to submit our payment, leaving no real time for my family to grieve. Anything that anyone can help with would be greatly appreciated.
