Recovering from car wreck

Hi,my name is Tabatha. In June my husband and I were in a car wreck. My car was totaled and we were both injured. We have medical bills and other bills piling up. I have not be able to work since the accident. My husband has also missed a lot of work / been unable to work due to injuries from the accident. We are both diabetic and without insurance. We could really use some help to make ends meet and to pay off bills such as medical ones and the normal everyday things. Any help given would be greatly appreciated.
