Hi, my name is Vanessa Garza and I am creating this gofundme on behalf of my mom, Tamara.

As some of you may know, my mom suffered a major stroke back in January. She has made leaps and bounds in her healing through hard work and determination. Although this is great news, we just found out the state of California denied her disability because she was self-employed in the last 12 months. She has had no source of income since her stroke, and won’t know her final state until one year has passed.
