My friend Jose needs our help again. He has diabetes. It just took a huge toll...amputation of half of his left foot about 3-weeks ago. (In January, 2020, Jose had part of his right foot removed. It was also from diabetes related ulcers which would not heal and caused gangrene.) The picture below is what is left of Jose's foot. It is disturbing even with the part I masked in order to soften the shock.

Jose cannot currently work. He has minimal insurance and his medical bills from both procedures have exhausted his savings. He is barely able to make daily ends meet.  Please do what you can to help him. Any donation of any size would be appreciated.

Jose is a very giving person. As long as I've known him (over 20-years), he has been generous, warm-hearted and giving...almost to his detriment at times. Now it is our turn to give back and help him again. Please share this fund raising event on social media.
