Save Kayah's leg

Hello. Andre Napier baby girl was shot in the leg. She is a victim of the latest drive by shootings in Enid, Oklahoma. She will need to be transferred to a facility to repair her leg or a possible amputation. Doctors are saying they can save the leg but surgery will cost up to 4000.00. Please help save his baby girl.
