Help me get HOME

Hi my name is Ediel Yero, In September of 2016 I took some time off to go visit Cuba after nearly 20 years since I left to  the USA seeking a better future. Upon my arrival to Cuba I was involved in a fatal car accident. I have dealt with haunting memories of this unfortunate event. I was performing a U-Turn but my view was obstructed and a speeding motorcyclist  struck the rental that I was driving. I was not at fault for this accident, the driver operating the motorcycle was DUI but what followed would be the beginning of my turmoil. Cuban immigration officials took away my passport and detained against my will for two years in a Cuban prison. After two long years of fighting for my freedom the Cuban authorities released me and I was free to come back home to Miami. Upon my arrival I was informed by US Customs Patrol that I missed a court date in Miami. Ive tried explaining my absence to US Immigration, and now I'm facing deportation. I have already lost my apartment, car, job, my life in a instant. I've exhausted all of my options at this point and I need your help in this difficult time to hire a defense attorney.
