IN January, 2021, I was informed, that
my mortgage holder of my home, Selene Finance, had sold my mortgage to a
company called Northpoint Recency,
with the address to send payments to,
of which I complied. However this is not TRUE.

 

Fast forward 3 months, my mortgage
was never sold.
In June, I was notified that FORCLOSURE would begin and I was at risk to lose my home!

I am in arrears to the amount of $7,502.5O which includes 3 months of payments to Northpoint, via personal checks, and a modification from Selene, who cancelled my modification that was breached, as they did not receive any monies due to fraud.

 

I have onboard ATTORNEY General Amy Sangiolo, at the AG's office in Boston, MA. SHE HAS BEEN VALUABLE, aggressive, and solution oriented. RESPECT minimizes how I value her help.

 

AG Sangiolo has informed me, my mortgage company, Selene Finance is calling in all back payments from me, and must be received by September 1, 2021. She also reiterated, she shall continue to find the person (s) responsible. This is difficult at its best!

 

MY CREDIT Union Manager Bruce TORREY of WEBSTER FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, has set up a GO FUND ME on 7/7/2021.

 

Mr. Torrey is responsible for being very transparent in finding a solution, and he will be monitoring all activities.
