Struggling with bills

Hello, my name is Liza. I am a mom of two wonderful kids who are my world. I am embarrassed to reached out for help. As I know we are all struggling in this world. I have just started back to work a couple of months ago, after being on disability for a year. During my year off due to major back issues of a herniated disc in two locations I wasn't able to work. Also during this year off I found out I have Congestive Heart Failure. At only 47 years of age I have had to have two heart surgeries back to back.

Being back to work has been hard, especially since they cut everyone's hours. I went from 40 hours a week to 25 hours. I am starting to fall behind on my bills on my car. This is my only car for me to get to my doctor's appointment for my self and my kids, as well as work.

I do work hard even when I suffer from my back issues and worry constantly on how to take care of my kids and myself. By the time I get off my back is so painful it's hard to walk. My family has helped me out as much as they can, but it's hard to ask when they are on a fixed income.

So I am reaching out to the world for some help. As my kids are asleep and I am up at 3am.

I pray everyday that I will bounce back from my financial hardship soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
