When 45-year-old Kevin Tronsdal and 36-year-old Brandon Springer dug a hole to adjust a water main line, they had no idea the danger they were in as a live natural gas line was located where it shouldn’t have been.
As Kevin and Brandon were soldering pipe, the natural gas line exploded and started a fire. The fire burned the shirts off of both Brandon and Kevin, leaving Brandon with burns to more than half his body.
