"My right side is in intense pain" Xotchil tells me on Sunday. The next morning an ultrasound confirmed our fears. "Your gall bladder is full of stones" the specialist tells us, "You will need to have it removed."

We are urgently needing funds to be able to afford Xotchil's surgery next week.
