28 Miles in 28 Days. Macmillan & Cancer research

Hello, my name is Brad and I will be doing the 28 miles in 28 days in February to raise money for Macmillan and cancer research. For my mother Karen who had breast cancer and Father-In-Law Mark who was diagnosed with cancer 4 months ago.

My mother found she had cancer in 2022, Luckily she checked her self everyday and caught it early so the hospital could help her. As she went through her treatment she told us how amazing macmillan were and how amazing they still are now.

Mark, my father in law is quite a private person so i wont put too much information on here. But, he is currently having his chemotherapy. He has also told us how amazing macmillan have been with him and made him feel comfortable during his treatment.

I want to do this for not only the charities but for my mother and father in law. They've both been amazing, strong and so brave. If anyone could beat cancers ass, it's definitely these two.

My father in law Mark & his Partner Tina will also be taking part in this event, they have their own fundraising page. I will be adding my money to their pot at the end.

I also want to donate some to cancer research, I believe we are very close to finding more cures for cancer! We need to get rid of this horrible disease.
