On March 24th at around 3AM some random person lit my precious Fiat, Storm Racer, on fire leaving it totaled. Who would do such a thing? That's a great question. Why? You've got me stumped. How? Cars are flammable.
As you can imagine, this has been a traumatic, heart wrenching event filled with a whirlwind of emotions. At this time, I've been working with FDNY, NYPD and my insurance to resolve this matter and hopefully catch the person who has so little of a heart they would set fire to the most adorable car in the world.
Unfortunately the insurance claim isn't looking too bright. I'm most likely going to receive $4500.00 for a car I purchased for $13,500.00. I was months away from paying it off.
I'm at a total loss. My most expensive asset is gone. I live in a crazy expensive city and I need a car to get to work. If there's anything anyone can do to help it would mean the world to me. And I'll give you a hug.
