Christian Story was a loveable, sweet, and funny 5th grader at Riverside Elementary School. To his friends, he was the best Fortnite, Roblox, and Gorilla Tag teammate plus the undisputed GaGa Ball King of the playground. He was the most compassionate, creative, and silly brother, son, cousin, nephew, and grandson to his family.

Since his infancy, he’s battled through multiple surgeries and hospital visits. From November last year into this New Year, Christian was in an endless fight against a bacterial infection in his heart. On Saturday, January 13, 2024, the war ended as Christian entered into his heavenly rest.

Most parents make preparations to leave this earth long before their children. His father and I never imagined losing him so soon. We believed that the most difficult health issues were behind us until this tragedy struck, seemingly overnight. Unfortunately, before this illness, we had not obtained any life insurance for Christian.

Donations to this fundraiser would benefit his funeral expenses as well as cover his parent’s lost wages due to time missed from work.
