Hello we are Brandon's parents Tammie and John Fagan. Brandon was sleeping and a passersby woke them up 2 adults and 4 dogs and they all got out unscathed. He is going to need a place to stay that accepts dogs so he is going to have lots of extra costs. Brandon will never ask for help.
