Please look into your hearts--and imagine the stress, chaos, and feelings of instability this sweet family experienced when, within a 24 hour period, they were facing homelessness and unforeseen expenses of nearly $60, 000.....  

Your prayers and financial contribution will make a huge positive impact on the financial and emotional burden that currently IS the Manner family's REALITY.  

Alex and Terry Manner have lived their lives giving their hearts and support to our community, their friends, and their extended family. They are a beautiful example of love and compassion for humanity....and anyone that knows them feels blessed by their relationship with them.

What makes this occurrence SO random is that this property is NOT in a flood zone! There is no way they could have predicted or prepared for this situation.  Neither neighbor on adjacent properties had any water intrusion to their home.  A high water table, new construction behind the Manner property, and bad luck influenced copious amounts of water into the Manner home damaging the flooring, walls, trim work, cabinets, and furniture.  The single largest expense is hiring an environmental engineering and landscaping company to implement a plan that would redirect water and minimize the chance of flooding in the future.
