Not many people know but almost a year ago, our family got some of the worst news we could ever get; my dad has stage 4 local metastatic prostate cancer. He’s been resiliently fighting since the day we got those news. After 6 rounds of chemo, my dad has started his radiation treatment. So far he has 2 of 39 completed. Even while getting his treatment done he has remained working as much as he could to cover the cost of treatment but unfortunately the bills keep coming. Not only are we facing the huge bills but also with radiation 5 days a week comes a long drive down to Miami. As a family, we have never been the ones to ask for help, but my dad still has a long road ahead of him. I’ve made this page in hopes to help my dad with anything we can to cover medical bills, travel cost to get to his treatment, and some well deserved rest and time off work.
