Hi there!
My name is Fate (aka Bean) and my family & I need your help raising funds to cover the diagnostics and possible surgery to fix my neck/back.
A little about me….. I am a 5½ year old pug who is ready to take on the world at a moment’s notice (especially if food is involved)! My mom says I’m “highly reactive – like a little atom bomb ready to blow” (whatever that means), but she also says that I’m her miracle baby and would be lost without me. She tells me that it was pure fate that we were brought together and that even though I can be a handful, she wouldn’t trade me for the world.
Recently though, I started having troubles with my legs not working correctly and then some pretty bad pain in my neck (sometimes it hurts so bad I scream!). This has really slowed me down A LOT and it is making mom scared and very sad (I don’t like it when she cries). She says I’m not me. We spent most of last week seeing numerous doctors (who were all very nice, btw) and came to the conclusion that I probably have something pinching my spinal cord, but in order to know for certain, an MRI is needed and then most likely surgery to fix it. They say this is all really expensive. Mom says she will find a way because it isn’t an astronomical amount, I’m young and if it’s fixable, then she just has to. She smiles and talks reassuringly to me, but I know inside she is really worried about how to do this. A heard a few of her friends suggest this Go Fund Me site and thought with all of my quiet time these days, that I would give it a try for her (she is already so busy trying to take care of me and my 4 legged brothers & sisters).
So, what do you say? Would you chip in a little to help me get back on my feet again? Please? If so, I promise to never chase the kitties again! Or at least try to not listen to the voices in my head that tell me to do so……
