Please help me bury my mom.

Hi, my name is Anisha, I am 19. My mom is very sick. The doctor told us we had three more months. Then this morning I got a call that this is her last week. She is declining way faster than we had hoped and need to get her body across state lines to where she would like to be buried. I would appreciate any help.
