Natalie (Pierre) Williams is in need of our prayers and help. Natalie, a sports reporter for Al.com,  is in critical condition after suffering burns on 75 percent of her body in a car accident early in the morning on Sept. 8 in Birmingham, Ala.

While we pray for Natalie's recovery, we are doing what we can to help her financially so she can focus on healing. 

I met Natalie a few years ago at the National Association of Black Journalists convention.  She introduced herself and told me how much she wanted to become a sports reporter and she has achieved her goal. While her family and friends rally around her, we can do what we can to help. Every little bit helps.
