As you know, Hurricane Harvey recently struck Southeast Texas, and one of the areas affected is here in Houston and the surrounding areas. In a four day period, many areas received more than 40 inches of rain and have been completely devastated. As a result causing severe flooding to thousands of homes, and left some of our employees without homes and many without transportation.
This fund was set up so we could help those XL Parts families in Houston who have been affected by this terrible event. Our colleagues are suffering and in some cases lost everything they owned.
We want to act fast. People need money now.
All contributions are voluntary and can be made anonymously if you choose. We have arranged a $2 matching contribution for every $1 contributed up to $10,000 of contributions made. The GoFundMe page will be open until midnight on September 17, 2017. We plan to make funds available within a week after we close the funding page.
