My leukemia and life fund

Hi, my name is Jamie Roberts I am a single dad of a beautiful 14 yr old little girl. I've worked hard my whole life and done the best i can for nthe two of us. I've had my daughter by myself since she was two. I dont drink I dont do drugs my daughter is my whole life. now thoughy it seems i may be losing that life. in feb. of this year i was diagnosed with AML or acute mylogenous leukemia. I had no insurance at the time and i have had to rely on my family to help me pay for everything , my savings are gone. i want to take me daughter to disneyworld and some other things while im still relatively able. i cant work anymore the treatments and chemo are so hard. I'm only 35 years old. I never thought i could do anything like this online but a nurse at the hospital suggested it. my doctor bills are enormous and i'm just losing everything . its not easy to ask for help but the Lord knows I need it.
