Hi Everyone,

We’re Tom and Sheri Krueger and we are humbly asking for your consideration in donating to a cause that is near to our hearts. Tom's son, Craig, and his wife, Rachel, have three beautiful children: Levi, Emmy & Adlie. Their son, Levi (currently 10 years old), was diagnosed with a brain tumor when he was 17 months old. He began experiencing seizures and after many tests it was determined to be malignant Dysembryoplastic Neuroepithelial Tumor (DNET). Over the last several years, Levi has had multiple brain surgeries, countless MRIs as well as numerous other tests, treatments, and hospitalizations.

His last brain surgery, a few years ago, was successful in that the specialists were able to remove about a tennis ball sized amount of tumor, but a large portion of his tumor remained as it was in an inoperable location. Since then, Levi has continued on a roller coaster of ups and downs. He has undergone a multitude of treatments, hospitalizations locally as well as St. Jude in Memphis, and clinical trials.

In recent days, Craig and Rachel noticed that Levi's symptoms seemed to be worsening. He had a significant deficit on his left side and he was falling down more often. Without hesitation, they immediately sought assistance from his care team, which resulted in another hospitalization for Levi. After many tests, it was determined that Levi's tumor grew significantly over a period of about two months. Arrangements were made for his immediate transfer by medical jet to St. Jude in Memphis, TN.

Craig, Rachel and Levi learned about intervention options from the oncology specialist team at St. Jude and after much thought, they have made the difficult decision to schedule brain surgery for Wednesday, 4/22/26. Following surgery, they will remain in Memphis for recovery and six weeks of radiation. Then, Levi will need to undergo extensive physical therapy.

Despite all of the unknowns that lie ahead, we believe in the power of prayer and the kindness of our community to support Levi, Craig, and Rachel during this heart-wrenching journey.
