Support William's Fight Against Cancer

My name is William. I am 46 years old and a father to my 16-year-old son who is nonverbal on the Autism Spectrum. He is on the more severe side of the spectrum and will not be able to care for himself on his own. I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 Rectal Cancer. The cancer has spread into the lymph nodes and the tumor has encased the S3 nerve root. 

I have watched my father battle lung cancer for the last 3 years. The chemotherapy and radiation takes a tremendous toll on the body. 

Treatment is going to be based on how my body reacts to treatments and will be reevaluated every 6 months or so until no more options are available. 

During the discovery and staging phase, I have had many issues and I have exhausted all PTO and have been unable to work due to the severe pain. With your support, I can focus on fighting this so I can be here for my son as long as possible. I am not ready to tell him goodbye yet and he needs his father.
