Zumba for a cause

My mom Beverly Salamanca has been a dialysis patient for over three years now, she frequents the hospital twice a week for her treatments.  I visited her in August 2019 for a few weeks, assisted and accompanied her to the hospital for treatment and she was doing better for a while. After I returned home to Canada her condition slowly but surely worsened.  Since January 2020 my mom was hospitalized a couple of times as her condition has affected her immune system which resulted in her suffering from pneumonia.  On June 23, 2020, she was admitted to the hospital after suffering a brain hemorrhage, was taken to the ICU and has been there ever since. In the Philippines, healthcare is very expensive, and as a result, hospital bills have been piling up and her medications are costly. My siblings and I have been doing everything we can in providing for her care and would also like to transfer her to a public hospital. The present conditions we are all experiencing with COVID-19 has prevented me from being able to be by her side at this time.  

Please join me this Wednesday, July 8th, 2020 at 8 pm for a 1 hour virtual Zumba class via Zoom. Whether you can join the event or not all donations of any amount will be greatly appreciated. All proceeds will go towards paying my mom's medical bills. Thank you all so much for your support.
