New Vehicle Fund

As some may already know, my car with only 83,000 miles and regularly done maintenance died unexpectedly. The water pump gave out in the middle of a trip to see my partner and their kid as well as my family, which in turn DESTROYED my engine block, causing it to overheat, lock up, and need to be either scrapped or fixed. I was quoted at 5 grand to fix it, so instead I need to look for another vehicle..

There was no indication to help me prevent it and I had already spent close to $1000 repairing the vehicle literally the week prior to make sure it was in fully optimal condition for the road trip.

I spent my savings and a small loan on that vehicle, which is now dead with a locked up engine. I need help obtaining a new car, and fast. I don't want to be caught without a vehicle when the cold starts beating down on Oklahoma and I don't know how long my coworker will be able to offer me rides to work as he's looking for other employment right now. Any help, even if it's just $5, would be deeply appreciated.  I intend to pay any of this kindness forward later down the road. Thanks for reading  ♡
