Sahaara is a San Jose based competitive co-ed Bollywood dance team. We aim to take the drama and glamour from Bollywood films and turn them into explosive on-stage productions. Complete with costumes, props, and unique choreography, these performances integrate the flavor from the east and the modernism from the west to create something that entertains all audiences. We dance to encourage the spread of this colorful culture and hope to spark a connection with all who participate. Help us compete! Sahaara has been blessed with the opportunity to partake in competitions ranging across cities throughout the nation, but we need your help, as our expenses can become quite costly.
