Hi, my name is Jurek I am 9 years old and I have an ultra rare disease named dysplasia Schmid type that it affects my lower extremities, specially my legs that make me shorter.

My parents had looked in whole Europe the solutions for my disease and only the Dr. Paley could improved my quality life but with high financial costs.

Now, looking to the future, I will need a complex surgery ( leg lengthening surgery) that will help me to be taller.
