Please help us get home!

Backstory: About 2 years ago I got pregnant with my youngest daughter Phoebe. It was a surprise to us because I was only about 10 weeks postpartum when we found out. Due to my pregnancies being so close together there were a few complications. Those complications have impacted my daily life ever since. Recently, in the last year or so my health has been on a steady decline. At one point a doctor had basically told me I either had “anxiety or it could be leukemia”. Ive been going to doctor after doctor, running test after test and no one can figure out what disease I have and what exactly is going one. I keep getting loose diagnosis and sent to more specialists. I am getting worst as the days go by.

My husband and I are alone in North Carolina. We have no help with our children what so ever. We need to move back to Philly to be with our family incase of an emergency and so I have access to better doctors and healthcare. We would appreciate any help we can get.
