Medical for Tom

Hello my name is Alisha and I am the oldest daughter of Thomas Lueneburg. I’m doing this in hopes of helping my dad with medical bills. All funds go direct to him. My dad has had a rough couple of years…. Starting with the most recent incident.

February 22, 2023

Tom had a severe heart attack. He was taken by ambulance from Iron Mountain, MI to St. Vincent of Green Bay, Wi. He had a 100% blockage of his left anterior descending artery. The hospital took him back for emergency surgery where they put two stents into his heart. Tom stayed a few days in the hospital ICU for recovery, before being told of all the life changes and long road ahead of him. Tom is now on six medications after 61 years of never having to take any medication. He is now on a heart healthy diet as well as he also needs to wear an AED life vest 24hours a day. This AED vest is his new life insurance policy due to his heart only being at 25% functioning. He will soon start heart rehabilitation two to three days a week until May. In May he will find out if his heart function has increased or not. If it has not, he will need to undergo surgery again to have a pacemaker put in. He is currently not able to work due to all of this. If you know Tom he is a very hard worker and loves what he does. This is not easy for him to “take it easy”.

January 2023 he was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy and was just starting to get back to normal.

2022 all year he was in and out of Mayo Clinic for a skin infection that they could not seem to figure out.

2021 he rolled his 4-wheeler and fractured his eye socket.
