Hi, this is Amy she is fighting a rare cancer called Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma mostly found in children. In the fall of 2021 Amy went to the doctors several times only to be prescribed antibiotics for a sinus infection. When she lost hearing in her ear she knew something was really wrong, so she got a referral to see a ear, nose and throat doctor finding out she had a tumor growing in her sinuses. Since her diagnosis everything has been moving very rapidly with treatments, and surgeries. She is having to travel 100s of miles every week from Saint George to Salt Lake City to undergo treatments that can’t be done in her home town. Amy needs to quit working ASAP to keep up with chemo and radiation. Amy has been through so much this past year as well as losing her father in November. If you know Amy she has a very kind heart and has always been there no matter the circumstances for her friends and family so let’s all be here for Amy and help her kick CANCERS ASS.
