Meredith's Smile repair campaign

In my adolecent years I endured years of oral surgery, braces, and retainers all through hignschool. (I was born with some crazy teeth) - it gave me this highly self conscious shame complex around smiling through my formative years. It always felt like my smile was locked in a cage. Then, by my 20's, it was over and I was free to smile, which I did!
I am quite a smiley person. I hear it all the time from strangers and friends alike: " your smile made my day" and "thanks for your smile - it's contageous!" I have found that my "toothy grin" is the one free thing I can give and give that just makes my world a better place.

On June 7th,(2015) I fainted at an ATM mashine, landed on my face and took out my smile. I destroyed my 4 front teeth, and  my smile in the process. This situation is fixable....at a price. Oral surgeons won't perform the work without payment up front.

I don't understand why dental insurance is like "the Mercedes" of insurance. EVERYBODY needs dental care, as everybody has teeth! So many medical conditions can be avoided with good dental care.... but alas - my health insurance will not cover any of this.

So I turn to you, my friends.
if 500 of my friends could donate $20. I'd be almost there!

if some friends could do more and others less, I am confident I can reach this goal, and get the work done to restore my smile and ability to chew and feel like a person again.
