On Thursday June 18th. The Flannery family awoke to a flooded home. Sometime between 3 am and 7:15am the rain fell, flooded a small creek bed, their home and many neighbors. The neighborhood is not in a flood zone which results to no flood insurance. The Flannerys home took on a little over 4 inches of water throughout the entire home. They are having to replace flooring, baseboards, sheetrock, furniture, the fence needs repairing from water and many small items. As you could imagine the cleanup, drying out of home, and replacements costs add up quickly.
