Raheem O. McCoy #50 Scholarship

On October 10th 2018, tragically a promising life came to an abrupt end. That life belong to Raheem O. McCoy.  With a promising future ahead, Raheem was in the process of completing his Bachelor degree from U-Mass Boston.  He will be remembered for his ability to touch peoples hearts, his sense of humor and his loyalty beyond comprehension as he would always have your back.  Those who knew him also knew him as a talented and accomplished basketball player.  Raheem loved the game. He led Mass Bay C. C. to two N. E. regional championships.  His enthusiasm for family and people leaves a void.  This Go Fund Me effort is an attempt at filling that void.  Raheem’s family wishes to make it possible for those who did not know him to benefit from his goodness.  The family effort is to create scholarships for students who graduate from Raheem’s alma mater BCLA (Boston Community Leadership Academy).  The Scholarships will go towards books, living expenses and etc.,  and any other needs or  obstacles for their success.  Our goal is to raise $$$$ towards this effort.
