Hi, I'm a widowed mother of five struggling to make ends meet. We are being asked to leave our current residence by Tuesday, September 16th due to an inability to afford rent. When my husband and mother-in-law both passed away, we moved to Tallahassee in hopes of finding better work. It took me a while to get a job, and I now have one and am established enough to make basic rent payments, but it's too late. We have to leave to avoid eviction.

We are trying to get into a place down the street to avoid homelessness, but have no money to move or pay the first month's rent and deposit. We can stabilize, we just need a little help. Enough donations would give us time to recoup, save money, and get out of this financial hole we're in. Please help if you are willing and able.
