Claire’s Gower Peninsula 15 mile hike for MacMillan

Hi, I’m Claire and I’m autistic and can on times have challenging behaviours, since Covid19, Me and dadi would walk miles everyday around Gowerton. In 2021, I started having domicilary care support from Cartrefi Cymru and I am thriving, I do loads of fitness, walking, running, paddle boarding, dancefit, bouncefit, Aqua aerobics, Bikeability, Legs Bums and Tums and step aerobics. I am thriving and flourishing with my FAB Fantastic, Amazing, Brilliant support team providing me with Bespoke Person Centred Care!! Me and my support team are going to walk the Gower peninsula 15 mile hike for MacMillan on Saturday 5th July 2025. I have found exercise helps me to self regulate and I really can’t wait to do this challenge!!

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
