First responder in need of help

I was on disability for my shoulder surgery 08/30/22. This lasted until 05/2023 when I was cleared after physical therapy to return to work. I got about 3 months into working at the fire department when during a training exercise. I noticed my heart pounding out of my chest. We had some tests done, a loop recorder installed in my chest and they detected SVT, and AFib. medication’s not being able to control it. They decided to perform surgery. The doctor wasn’t supposed to burn off areas of my heart without being able to re-create the problem to know where to burn the nerves to stop the misfiring signal. Upon waking up from surgery the doctor told me that they couldn’t re-create the SVT so they took a guess on where to burn off, they decided to burn off A-flutter. Even though it wasn’t a problem yet. A couple days after surgery I was experiencing fever, dizziness, extreme chest pain, difficulty swallowing and more by troponin levels were at 4500. The hospital diagnosed me with pericarditis and pericardial effusion. The Surgeon center said no I don’t have that even though they didn’t look at the records. And imaging showed that I did subsequently the surgeons office decided to drop me as a patient… they said they no longer took insurance. it took multiple doctors and a grievance with the state for them to call and apologize about dropping me due to what they were doing being illegal. Now after 6 weeks since having my heart surgery on 9/6/2023 I continue to have severe symptoms that does not allow me to live in normal life. I cannot work, I cannot go more than a few hours, without becoming extremely exhausted. I can go 15 to 20 minutes without being an extreme pain. I keep pushing forward however, I can’t pay my bills. my wife does work one income in California makes everything a big struggle. so I am selling my items like my RV, watches, Firearms, etc.. I didn’t want to create this page but many friends and family said I spent my whole life helping people and working 14 years as a firefighter. That I should create this page to allow others to help if they wanted to, even if I’m too prideful to want to ask. So this is me humbling myself and asking for your help. Thank you and God bless
