My aunt, Maiya Mahato, is fighting for her life after both of her kidneys failed. She has been on dialysis for a long time, and now doctors say she urgently needs a kidney transplant.

Her husband, Ramdev Mahato, is donating his kidney, and all the medical and legal procedures are already completed. But the surgery and treatment costs are more than the family can afford.
