In late 2009 I was addmitted to the hospital because of a cough.This turned out to be Congestive Heart failure.

Upon many tests it was discovered I had Type 2 Diebeties and worse of all End stage renail kidney failure. meaning I need a Kidney.I can no longer work and have shoertness of breath.

I go to Dialysis 3 days a week but lstely seems I feel worse. Those who know me I was a hard working person carrying 2 jobs at a time alot putting in over 70 hours a week at the most. This will be used for short comings in bills (which are always coming) Being on SSI doesnt help alot when you r car breaks down, and the repair is more than your monthly check. I recently was forced to buy a car which means now im even more broke . Those who know me know that it is hard to ask for money or help, but here it is I need your help to get my kidney and help with some bills. I know we all have bills and im not asking for a miracle just alittle here and there will start.
