Tanya was diagnosed with ALS a couple years ago. A mother of four boys and grandma of 4, she worked hard and managed to care for us all working full time. Her husband Richard and son Josh cared for her though her struggle. She still wanted to be the care giver and stay independent. The MN/ND ALS Association helped her so much with donating of equipment that could help her function in her day to day life. Things like wheel chairs communication devices, really made a difference. She decided to help others and help fight this horrible disease by donating her body to research. She struggled through the nightmare that is ALS she fought till her body wouldn't let her fight anymore. Her wish was for her to help other people with same disease.We are setting this up in her name to honor our beautiful mother and beloved wife.
