Please help if you can

Hello friends,  first of all... this is very humiliating and hard for me to do,  having to swollow my pride like this.  I lost my job of over 2 years back in October and I’ve fallen two and a half months behind on rent and other bills are quickly mounting.  I have applied to countless jobs since but I have some health issues that are preventing me from working most jobs that I normally would work.  As most of you know, I am a working musician as well but it is the slow season,  I have many opportunities coming next month and in the months to follow but right now I need HELP.  I’m facing eviction by the end of the week and I stand to lose everything I own,  most of which I have already sold just to get by.  like I said earlier, it kills me to do something like this but I have nowhere else to turn.   Please help if you can and god bless you either way.  Thank you,  Rock.
