On June 25th, Cody woke up unable to walk.

He was taken to the ER and later admitted to the ICU where he has undergone strenuous testing. The Neurology department believes that he is suffering from Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

GBS is a rare autoimmune disorder where the body's immune system mistakenly attacks the peripheral nerves. This can lead to muscle weakness, numbness, tingling, and in severe cases (like Cody's), paralysis.

Cody's road to recovery will be long and financially challenging. We are asking for your support in taking some of that burden off the shoulders of Cody and his family so that he can focus on recovering and regaining mobility.
